The difference in opinion mostly depends on whether you are inside or outside the system.

The whole thing cracks if oil gets priced in something other than dollars. If Saudi Arabia sells oil in yuan, it ends up with yuan, not dollars. It buys Chinese bonds, not US Treasuries. China gets cheap financing. The US loses a buyer for its debt. Multiply that across fifty countries doing it gradually and you do not need a war to weaken the US. You just need patience and an alternative system.

That is what BRICS is building. And when the US froze Russia’s dollar reserves after Ukraine in 2022, it showed every country watching that their dollars could be frozen too. Saudi Arabia opened yuan oil talks with China within weeks. India started buying Russian oil in rupees. Recently, I have been noticing a very specific species of exhaustion moving through people.

Not ordinary tiredness. Not the clean fatigue that follows honest effort. Not the kind of sleepiness that can be solved by a juice cleanse, or one especially disciplined night of rest.

I mean that thick, haunted, low-grade lethargy that seems to settle into the bones and dim the mind from the inside. The kind that makes your thoughts feel padded over.

It is one of the defining textures of this era.

And while it often gets named in biomedical or lifestyle language ( burnout, adrenal fatigue, chronic stress, nervous system collapse ) I think something more structurally revealing is happening beneath those descriptions.

Because when I look at this kind of exhaustion through the lenses that make the most sense to me what I see is not a random personal failure to self-care correctly.

Manufactured exhaustion is what happens when your life force is being siphoned not by one dramatic event, but by chronic energetic deference. It happens when your body has been drafted into stabilizing conditions that are not yours to stabilize.

And very often, it happens because you have been unconsciously assigned a role.

Not your true role. Not your soul’s role. A social role.

One of the most punishing of these is the Redeemer/Savior/Caretaker.

1. Resign from the Redeemer Role

The Redeemer is the one expected to absorb, translate, soothe, carry, explain, forgive, anchor, contextualize, and keep the emotional weather from becoming unmanageable. The Redeemer is the person around whom instability begins to organize itself. The one whose goodness gets used as infrastructure.

This role is extremely flattering to the ego at first.

It can masquerade as purpose.

But in many cases it is simply a tactical drain mechanism.

And the body knows it, even when the mind does not.

The body experiences this role as chronic activation. A constant low-level bracing. A subtle but relentless state of anticipatory output. The nervous system remains trapped in fight-or-flight, not because there is always visible danger, but because there is never true permission to stop monitoring the field.

That is one of the reasons this kind of fatigue runs so deep. It is not solved by sleep alone because the problem is not just depletion. The problem is role assignment.

And so the work becomes very simple, though not always easy:

You have to resign.

How:

You must name the draining dynamic and revoke the false law that says you are responsible for filling someone else’s void. To support this both physically and metaphysically, I make a daily tea using Radix Fici (Five-Finger Fig Root).

For me, I like to support this kind of energetic resignation with something physical, gentle, and beautiful enough that the body can actually receive the message. One of my favorite allies here is Radix Fici — Five-Finger Fig Root, or Wu Zhi Mao Tao.

I love it because it is medicinal without feeling punishing. It has that rare quality I always look for in an ally: it restores while also teaching. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, it is often used as a gentle tonic to strengthen the spleen, nourish the lungs, and help clear that heavy dampness that accumulates in the body through chronic depletion and overexertion. It has an almost tender intelligence to it. It does not bully the system back into function. It coaxes it toward steadiness.

And, very importantly to me, it smells softly of coconut.

That detail matters more than it sounds. I am interested in medicine that does not sever beauty from efficacy. I want the ritual object to work, yes — but I also want it to charm the senses back into the body. That mild coconut aroma makes the whole act feel less like correction and more like re-entry. Less like “fixing myself,” more like offering the body a gentler law to live under.

But the reason I love it in urban mystic ritual work is because I experience it as a social shock absorber.

Not in the sense that it helps you absorb more.

In the opposite sense.

It helps you stop.

It helps you maintain kind separation.

That distinction is everything.

A lot of people think boundaries are hard edges only. But often the most effective boundaries are much subtler. They are the invisible technologies that keep someone else’s weather from becoming your climate.

I like incorporating Hé Huān Pí into small talisman jars, desk wards, threshold bundles, and self-love workings for exactly this reason. You do not always need to ingest a plant to enter into relationship with its intelligence. Sometimes it is enough to place it in the field with clear law.

I especially love making a small glass talisman for my desk or bedside — elegant, minimal, intentional. A few strips of bark, sealed into a tiny vessel, carrying the architecture of gentle separation.

Then I anchor it with this line:

I love that formula because it does not turn boundary into hostility. It preserves tenderness while ending entanglement. It says: I do not need to hate you in order to stop hosting your turbulence.

3. Let the body release what the personality normalized

One of the cruel tricks of manufactured exhaustion is that it becomes familiar enough to be mistaken for personality.

You begin to think your heaviness is just who you are.

But the body keeps a more honest ledger than the personality does.

The body knows when it has been carrying what does not belong to it.

At some point, the body needs explicit permission to stop being the archive.

That is where ritual becomes somatically profound rather than merely symbolic.

The recovery from manufactured exhaustion cannot be rushed.

In fact, the frantic desire to “fix it quickly” is often just the exhaustion speaking in its old accent.

I reject that.

There is something incredibly elegant, almost aristocratic, about refusing urgency where urgency does not belong. About curating your pace with discernment. About recovering slowly enough that the body actually believes the new condition.

That, to me, is chic.

5. A chic spiritual life is not a porous one

I think we need to retire the fantasy that spiritual depth looks like endless openness.

It does not.

Some of the most spiritually damaged people I know are the ones who have confused compassion with permeability. Who have mistaken porousness for goodness.

Protection is not anti-spiritual.

Protection is what allows spirit to remain inhabitable.

To me, there is something deeply mystic and elegant about creating beautiful, precise, sensory rituals that keep your energy from being casually mishandled. A good tea. A bark talisman in a tiny glass jar. A phrase repeated until it becomes law in the body. A refusal to become emotionally infrastructural for chaos. A slower pace. A cleaner room.

A beautiful boundary is often easier to keep than an ugly one. When protection becomes part of your style, part of your pleasure, part of your sensory world, it stops feeling like deprivation and starts feeling like authorship.

You are no longer just “trying not to get drained.”

You are curating the terms under which life is allowed to touch you.

That is a completely different posture.

On tools, endings, and the kind of help I actually believe in

There is a particular tone I have come to distrust in the manifestation world.

You know it when you hear it.

The overlit promise. The inflated claim. The language that tries to make transformation sound immediate, total, and strangely frictionless. As if one more audio, one more affirmation, one more frequency, and one more perfectly worded belief could spare you from the complexity of being alive.

I have no interest in speaking from that register.

Not because I am cynical. And not because I think change is impossible. Quite the opposite. I think change is so real, so physical, so consequential that it deserves respect for the body, respect for timing, and respect for the fact that some things do not shift because we wished hard enough, but because something structural was finally interrupted.

These audios are not here to make you invincible.

They are designed to reach the level where certain patterns continue running long after the conscious mind has already decided it is done.

They are designed to help the body recognize what is yours, what never was, and what no longer gets to keep running simply because it has been there a long time. Over time, they strengthen the capacity for discernment in a very embodied way. Not just “what do I think I want?” but “what does my system actually register as true, sovereign, life-giving, and structurally clean?”

I think that is why I resist certain kinds of spiritual marketing so strongly. Too much of it speaks to people as though they are consumers of transcendence. As though they need seduction, aspiration, or borrowed conviction in order to move. I do not believe that.

I believe most people already know, in some quiet place, what has become intolerable. They know what keeps repeating. They know what their body is tired of carrying.

The collective consciousness is a living field map: a morphic grid of memory, nervous-system patterning, trauma loops, attention routes, and social signal. Your body occupies coordinates on that map.

You do not just think from somewhere. You attract from somewhere.

This is where eco-cybernetics spirituality becomes useful to me. If life is a living web of feedback loops rather than a dead machine, then your inner state is not private in the way modern people pretend it is.

The body is constantly sending and receiving signals. The psyche is not separate from the field.

Nature, mind, relationship, technology, and atmosphere all participate in one larger system. So when the same kinds of people, dramas, or psychic disturbances keep finding you, it is not always because you are “cursed” or doomed. Often it is because your old coordinates are still active.

Synchronicities, repeated dynamics, exes resurfacing, strange emotional echoes all of that can be understood as feedback. The map is pinging what still matches your location.

That is why real shifting is body-first.

Shifting is Body-First

The body has to withdraw consent from the old coordinates. You stop narrating the outdated story. You stop refreshing the same emotional page.

I learned this viscerally through a friendship that always felt slightly wrong in my body, even before I had proof.

Case Study: The Silent Block

There was a girl in my orbit who triggered these strange intrusive comparison loops in me. Competitive thoughts would appear out of nowhere, even though I genuinely liked her and had no conscious reason to be sizing myself against her. We did not live in the same city anymore. I was not keeping up with her. I had already stepped away from Instagram. And yet I could still feel this subtle psychic tug, like some part of me was being pulled toward a frequency I did not want to occupy.

Then one morning my intuition said, very clearly: block her.

Not confront. Not explain. Not gather evidence. BLOCK. I heard my inner voice say “Block her on all your socials because this person is NOT your friend, and they are stalking you online—hence why you can feel their energy.”

It wasn’t my energy; it wasn’t my competition. It was hers.

So I did. Quietly.

At first I felt a little ridiculous, maybe even petty. But months later, she detonated the entire friend group. Public betrayal, defamation, chaos. Everyone got scorched except me. She could not reach me because I had already closed the road.

To me, that was not paranoia. My system detected a security breach before my conscious mind had language for it. I was feeling the feedback loop of someone repeatedly pinging my field. Her attention had become a kind of access point. And by blocking her silently, I did not just make a social media choice. I changed my coordinates.

The Analysis: The Somatic Security Breach

When you have a porous, empathetic nervous system, you aren’t just living in your house; you’re living in a frequency. This girl was using her Instagram as a literal broadcast tower. Even if i wasn’t looking at her feed, she was looking at mine. Every time she “hate-stalked” or sized me up, she was sending a ping to my old coordinates. My rumination wasn’t my competitiveness; it was the feedback loop from her accessing my “digital address.”

My intuition didn't tell me to "talk it out." It told me to terminate the connection. By not announcing the block, I didn't give her a "hook" to fight back. I changed the password and walked away.

The fear of being "petty" was just the old internal system trying to guilt me into staying "findable.” I chose sovereignty over social performance.

The Protocol: Salt Rotation

In cybersecurity, salting means adding unpredictable data so a password cannot be easily tracked, replicated, or brute-forced. I use the term spiritually and somatically. When I close a draining cycle, my system rotates its internal addresses. Old timing markers change. Old hooks dissolve. The routes that once led directly into my body, my guilt, my attention, my reflex to explain — they stop resolving.

I installed and self taught myself this mechanism through my subliminal audios, which I use.

Salt Rotation was an internal mechanism I built for matters especially with people you cannot fully remove: the draining boss, the chaotic parent, the manipulative ex you share logistics with, the colleague who keeps trying to recruit you into their emotional weather. You may not be able to erase their existence, but you can absolutely stop being legible to their old scripts.

The Salt Rotation protocol sometimes translates into the physical; someone messages me something with high urgency hooks, but coincidentally, my phone was off. By the time I read their message, the “me” they tried to hook into has already shifted internal coordinates; their urgency, tone, and message doesnt land. And no longer applies. Oops. I missed the role call of manufactured urgency, and it was never that important anyway because they managed to solve it on their own.

The Brute Force Attack

In cases where you cannot block a very toxic person, there might be backlash. When someone loses access to your former coordinates, they do not always leave gracefully. The old system starts pounding on every door it remembers: guilt, nostalgia, obligation, fear, urgency, sentimentality, crisis. It is basically running a brute-force attack against your nervous system, trying old passwords to see which one still works.

But once Salt Rotation is real, their energy starts arriving to an address that no longer exists.

That is the beauty of it.

The old hook does not catch.

Their frustration becomes weather outside a house you no longer live in.

That, to me, is healing.

Not becoming numb. Not becoming cold. Not becoming above it all.

Becoming untraceable to what once fed on your old coordinates.

The New Frequency: 404 Error

These days, my signal feels different. Softer. Cleaner. Less searchable by chaos. My nervous system is not jumping every time a phone lights up. A bad projection hits the perimeter and fails to land. A manipulative thought-form comes looking for an older version of me and gets nothing back.

Not because I became “unbothered.”

Because the route is dead.

Because the map updated.

Because in a living world of feedback, sovereignty is not just about setting boundaries. It is about changing the coordinates from which you exist.

That is not fear. That is maturation.

Because the truth is, creative energy is not “content.” It is not an endlessly renewable social product. It is not something I owe to the most extractive corners of the internet simply because I happen to be capable of generating it.

Creative energy is gold.

Gold is conductive. Gold is valuable because it carries current cleanly. Gold does not rot.

Gold moves through systems while remaining itself. In that sense, real creativity has always been gold-like to me. It carries signal.

And because it carries signal, it attracts skim.

That has been one of the great private realizations of my life: exhaustion is not always the natural result of meaningful work. Sometimes exhaustion is evidence of interception.

For a long time, I could not understand why the work I loved most left me feeling so strangely hollowed out.

I mean that particular marrow-level depletion that feels unnatural, as if the body knows it has given away more than the task itself required.

I would teach, write, build, share, transmit, pour. And afterward there was often a feeling I could only describe as energetic over-drafting, as though something had taken an additional cut after the fact.

My system felt as though it had been left open somewhere in the process, and I did not yet have the language for where.

At first, like many people, I interpreted that sensation psychologically. Maybe I was too sensitive. Maybe I needed better work-life balance. Maybe I was simply overextending. And yes, sometimes those things are true. But my deeper intuition kept insisting that something more systemic was happening.

I was living inside extractive design.

Once I really saw this, I could no longer pretend my fatigue was random.

My true creative voice had not disappeared. It had been passing through too many unauthorized hands. Somewhere between me and the world, a filter had been installed one made of urgency, compromise, inherited over-functioning, old scarcity scripts, and the internalized belief that I had to earn the right to rest after being useful to other people.

That belief is one of the oldest famine postures there is.

Retiring the Famine Posture

Not literal famine alone, though that memory absolutely lives in bloodlines and class histories and cultural conditioning. I mean psychic famine: the internal arrangement that makes a person feel they must stay overextended in order to remain worthy, relevant, safe, admired, or economically intact. The posture that says, if I stop pouring, everything dries up.

For a while, my instinct was to fight.

But fighting a ghost only gives it a body.

That is something I have had to learn over and over again. Not every distortion is best met through combat. Not every leak is solved by force.

What I needed was not more vigilance.

I needed a new operating system.

That is when I began thinking less in terms of “coping” and more in terms of sovereign architecture.

I stopped imagining my interior world as a loose field of feelings I had to manually manage every day and started understanding it as a living structure, capable of staffing itself. A place with chambers, thresholds, routing systems, intake laws, metabolizers, vault doors, permissions, silent workers, and autonomic functions. Once I saw it this way, everything changed.

Instead of wrestling with anxiety every time it arose, I began designing internal functions that could process specific kinds of distortion without requiring my constant conscious involvement.

One of the first was a kind of ledger-keeper: a silent, internal administrator whose only task is to identify old shame scripts, obsolete panic loops, false urgency commands, and overwork directives and stamp them complete. Not debate them. Not therapize them into eternity. Not kneel beside them and keep them emotionally active for years. Close the file. Mark the cycle done. Remove it from live governance.

This matters to me because I no longer believe the psyche should be run like an emergency room with fluorescent lights always on. I do not want a mental environment where every old script gets infinite visitation rights. I want accurate governance. I want completed patterns moved out of circulation.

But even more importantly, I realized I did not want these functions fueled by my personal willpower alone.

Willpower is a finite battery. It burns hot, then thins. If your whole healing structure depends on your daily manual effort, then the structure is still too fragile.

So I began plugging these internal functions into something older and steadier: earthly intelligence itself.

This is where my worldview becomes explicitly eco-cybernetic. Because once you really observe the Earth, you realize she already contains the most elegant systems for processing weight.

The Earth knows how to take what has completed its form and metabolize it into the next layer of life without melodrama, without scarcity theater, without sadism, and without spectacle.

That changed the way I related to my own inner debris.

I did not need to manually spar with every stress imprint or reanalyze every piece of emotional residue until I was too exhausted to create. I needed routing. I needed good design. I needed a way for excess charge to be caught, stripped of false narrative, and returned to a larger metabolizing intelligence that does not feed on my depletion.

So I began building my subliminal systems according to earthly logic.

When my body detects artificial urgency now, it no longer has to trigger a war in my head. A quieter function catches the charge and begins composting it. Not suppressing. Not spiritual bypassing. Composting. Taking the excess heat, the old shame, and breaking it down into something non-toxic. Returning the psychic mass to ground instead of letting it ferment in the bloodstream.

Another function acts more like weather. A snow-covering system. A cooling intelligence. It passes across the field and lowers the internal temperature when I begin to accelerate beyond my body’s true pace. Just de-escalation. Just enough quiet white space to interrupt the old compulsion to outrun my own needs.

The Sovereign Gut and the Return of Taste

I no longer want to create from a breached interior.

I want to create from protected abundance.

That has required changes in the body. In the Ecology of my body and the way the nervous system stabalizes itself automatically. I’ve installed these prompts subconciously, while conciously I do the manual work : eat well, rest, stretch, journal.

This is the architecture I am building now, and in many ways this paid tier is an extension of that architecture.

A place where what I have built is not flattened into generic self-help language or severed from the deeper intelligence that governs it. The subliminals are not random audios to me. They are field constructs. They are sonic governance systems. They are carefully structured corridors designed to reroute patterning, restore sovereignty, settle the nervous system, protect signal integrity, and help the body stop consenting to forms of depletion it has mistaken for normal life.

I want them housed accordingly.

Today, my creative output moves through what I can only describe as a peaceful tunnel. Not because life is suddenly devoid of pressure, but because the routing has changed. The perimeter is better. The vault is better. I no longer host the rehab center for broken systems inside my body.

I host release, not residency.

That distinction has saved me.

Protect the vault.

That is what I would tell any artist right now. Any sensitive person. Any mystic, writer, teacher, visionary, singer, designer, thinker, or builder whose body knows that something precious has been overcirculating.

Persuasion, optimization. influence. emotional intelligence. But beneath all the sleek terminology, the mechanism is ancient: find the person with the soft heart, then see how much can be extracted before they finally call it what it is.

This is one of the hardest truths to accept when you are a genuinely kind person: your goodness does not only attract goodness. It also attracts opportunists, because opportunists know that kind people tend to explain away what sharper people would shut down immediately.

That is why kindness needs structure.

The softest people I know are often carrying the deepest gifts. Real kindness and real talent seem to live near each other. I have noticed this again and again: people who are truly gentle are often quietly brilliant too. They have taste. Insight. Vision. Obsessions that make them luminous. But because they are not always loud about it, because they do not move with the arrogance the world tends to reward, other people underestimate what they are in the presence of.

A lot of gifted people were taught early to downplay what was special in them. To make it smaller, quieter, less visible, less threatening. So they learned to tuck their brilliance into private corners. They kept their deepest interests hidden. They loved things in secret. They built themselves in silence.

But what you cultivate in private always shapes your field.

Your focus changes your face.
Your inner life changes your energy.
What you give sustained attention to eventually becomes part of your signal.

And that signal is detectable.

The wrong people can feel when someone has substance. They can feel when a person has originality, depth, devotion, or creative voltage. They may not even have language for what they are sensing, but they know enough to move toward it. Often not to protect it. To feed on it, distort it, compete with it, or stand close enough to siphon some reflected glow.

This is why I think creative people, especially kind creative people, have to become much less casual about access.

Not everyone who admires your light loves you.
Not everyone who gravitates toward your energy is equipped to honor it.

Some people do not come close because they are resonant. They come close because your aliveness exposes the ways they abandoned their own.

That is not your burden to fix.

You do not owe intimacy to everyone who finds you compelling.
You do not owe repeated chances to people who keep arriving hungry.

Creative focus is sacred partly because it is so easy to fracture. It does not only get interrupted by noise, work, obligation, or technology. It gets interrupted by the wrong people. By those subtle entanglements that pull your attention sideways. By relationships that make you self-conscious, defensive, over-explanatory, guilty, or energetically monitored. Nothing drains a creative field faster than being too accessible to people who do not know how to hold it cleanly.

So yes, be kind.

But be the kind of kind that protects the source.

Protect the part of you that is still capable of deep, private devotion in a world that wants everything flattened into performance.

Because one or two people who truly love you without agenda are worth more than a hundred flattering parasites. Your body knows the difference. Around clean people, there is more room inside you.

Let the people who only know how to feed go hungry somewhere else.

Most people think they need a vacation.

But often what they actually need is a break from what they have been continuously subscribing to.

That is what I mean by a resting season.

A resting season is a deep refusal. It is the point where you stop paying the subscription fee to everything that has been draining your life force under the disguise of relevance.

You stop renewing the old contracts.

You stop clicking the same psychic link.

This is where eco-cybernetic spirituality actually becomes practical for me. If the body is a living feedback system, then rest is not just “taking time off.” It is a reorganization of input. A shift in what the system is willing to treat as meaningful stimuli. You are not merely calming down; you are changing the feedback loops that govern your energy. You are telling the body, the field, and the larger ecology around you: this no longer gets automatic access to my signal.

That is why the first phase can feel so strange.

When you stop subscribing to drama, urgency, outrage, comparison, or the endless performance of having to care in public, there is often a temporary emptiness. The body has been so conditioned by overstimulation that quiet can feel unnerving at first. Boring, even. Like something is missing.

But what is missing is the adrenaline drip.

And the body, if it has been overexposed to that drip for long enough, will often go looking for it again. It will try to narrate how detached it is. It will replay the old thing just to prove it no longer cares. It will re-enter the cycle through commentary, superiority, or posturing.

That is not freedom.

True unsubscribing is body-first. The body has to stop registering the thing as relevant.

Sometimes anger helps with this.
